people of Communique 2011

A week ago, almost to the minute, I dragged that massive red suitcase through the front door, exhausted but filled with memories, missing my friends but cherishing the time spent in their company.

Tomorrow I will have some pithy quotations from Communique 2011 to share with you, but for now, I am just going to shut up and share these images.

If and when you do upload these to FB, please crop me out of all of them.

Sorry if that was abrupt. I'm just not feeling very photogenicy today.

--> see what I did there? ;P

I'm sorry, Al, I didn't mean to overstep any boundaries. I've removed those pictures.

Should have added a winky emoticon! Don't really mind if they are posted, just hate being tagged. Which you haven't done, so no harm.

Great shots, Barb! That one of me on the beach doesn't look half bad, actually.

@ Allison: LOL - "photogenicy"!!!

I would never tag anyone, Al, but I can't upload photos on FB anyway so it's all moot. For the record, I thought you looked lovely in them...

You look fab in that beach shot, WC! A total babe!

sorry I wasn't able to attend, sounds like it was fun. Which hotel did you stay at? As I told you I had to be over there on the Tuesday for work stuff. I stayed at the Rosedale on Robson. We ended up staying out until 2:30am Tuesday night which made Wednewsday morning ferry ride tough for some. Not for me fortunately, I'm a lightweight when it comes to drinking.

Very wise to take it easy the night before a ferry trip, Kelly. IF you can call staying up til 2:30 taking it easy...
We stayed at the Sunset in the West End, which is my go-to place. But don't tell anyone.

It was fun, Lesley. You really should have been there! I mean, I am sure you look good in green, but...

Highly photogenic victims makes it all so easy, Susan! Grand memories indeed.
