Oh hai, happy birfday to mah kitteh

My pretty girl turned 10 today
and even though she is thoroughly sick of winter

and would love for us to throw her a birthday party,

we just can't forget the last party, where she got all stupid

But she will get some nice presents for her birthday

because she is so smart

and so playful

but mostly because she is so fierce

Soon it will be summer, Sputnik, I promise!

Happy Birthday!

Happy birfday Sputnik! You look good!

I question that general assumption, as well. Too funny.

Happy Birthday cat.

Happy Birthday Sputnik!

She looks incredibly long in the second photo, like a go-go gadget arm. ;)

My cat has a sense of entitlement and would expect a big party for her b'day... does yours?

Not so loud, Karen, she'll hear you. Her head is way too swollen already.

Dogs are a completely different story, John. They suck at grammar and sentence structure.

Go-go-gadget arm! Ha! So true, Al! Although she does have to stand on her tippy-toes to get that effect.

She is the heavenly body of our family, JustA. Despite her name, we actually orbit around her.

Me too, Mel, because she is starting to blame me for winter.

I will trade you, Tanya: kitteh for baybay

Goober and Sputnik are almost twins, 668! I hope he has a fun doggy bd.

She sort of does, Gifted. But she expects the royal treatment every day.

MEOW BIRTHDAY! May you get drunk off lots of catnip.

Ok. You don't get my obsession with "American Idol" and I don't understand your love for lolcats.

Greetings and falicitations to Sputnik from Stretch, Rebel, Parker and me.

As Stretch adopted us we never knew his birthday. According to vet estimation, he is around 12 now.

I hope you have many more birthdays to come Sputnik!

I think she is half-pissed most of the time anyway, Beth.

Fair enough, Beckeye, they are both pretty much inexplicable.

Sputty hasn't yet received any falicitations, Leazwell. She will be right pleased!

I fully expect that Sputty will be putting us into the old folk's home one day, Dr M.

A belated two paws up for Sputnik.

YAY Sputnik! I trust your birthday was fun. How do you keep your girlish figure? I used to be svelte and petite. Now I am a fat old cat that serves as a throw pillow for my couch potato human. Ah well, he spoils me rotten though. What's a girl to do?
Happy Birthday from your feline friend in Maine. Cayo Hueso Dandy

Sputnik loves her applause, Deb!

You are still a vision of loveliness, Cayo. Had your human lived a little closer to mine, you would have been invited over for a catnip party.
