Hidden Cameras review tomorrow.
Promise. Cross my heart and hope to die.

I've finally starting Christmas shopping, but I can't tell you what I scored even though there are some primo gifts, let me tell you. But the wrong person might read this.

And the Christmas cards got totally neglected tonight as my poor baby got food poisoning or something during the fiesta they had in their Spanish class this afternoon. Which makes it a pretty authentic fiesta, I guess.
She's better now.

This week is proving to be as exhausting as I thought it would be. It actually started out that way, which is never a good thing. I knew there was going to be trouble when I was totally wiped out on Sunday night. I thought weekends were supposed to be rejunivating.

Okay, I'm done griping now. Thanks for listening.

To keep me in the Christmas prep mood, I usually listen to something like this, that tells me to get thee up into the high mountain. And this, because what's the aria without its chorus?

Well, I guess food poisoning is probably a little strong, Mel, but Eva was a poor puppy a while.

I wonder if it's the Christmas craziness that making us tired? We need a good gripe session. We deserve a good gripe session.

Isn't O Thou That Tellest nice? It's from the Messiah.

Oh, food poisoning is not fun, can relate. Glad to hear she's doing better!!

This week has been crazy, I don't know where the time is going, really. So much to do, and I'm not even talking about Christmas shopping, etc. I'm looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday...hopefully.

Going to listen to the song later, promise!

You'll probably have your review done before mine. It's such a hectic time of year, no?

It's probably the time of year, crazy ass weather, approaching holidays etc. Life's little complications just seem a much bigger deal lately for some reason. Im so happy it's friday tomorow. I am off at 1pm for this week only YAY!

I know, Allison, you've got all that thesis work (now mega-thesis) to do as well. Just make sure you keep taking your vitamins.
Poor Eva stayed actually stayed home from school today. I was tempted myself.

But it's rather fitting to delay a GNR review, JACC. At least that's the excuse that I would use. But yes, it is an insane time of year. Why do we keep doing this to ourselves.

Bring on 1 pm, Mel! That's so great! I hope that you can take a few minutes for yourself, because it's so easy to get run down when you're running around trying to make everyone happy. Be good to yourself.

I have made a ridiculous amount of cookies. Still have to do my mom's favorite biscotti. I make extras of everything to bring with me to my mom's so she doesn't have to do all the xmas baking.

We drew names this year. I have my Mom and of course, Ella. I think I have the two best people to shop for. So, I am close to being finished the christmas shopping. I have to get it done early, before all the christmas shoppers do me in at work, LOL! Most gifts are not that exciting. But I did find my sister this little monkey that she had when she was little that my mom gave away...it just might bring tears.

I'm really cutting down on my baking this year, Serah. There's only three of us and none of us needs more cookies. We want more, we just don't need more.

I did an 1 1/2 hours Christmas shopping on Wednesday and plan to do 2 hours today and hopefully that should do it. I am a very focused shopper - get in and get out.
How sweet that you found something perfect for your sister. That happens too rarely.
