You know that game that Ben suggested to Mellowlee as a writer's block breaker, where you have eight categories of people and you can only choose one from three different categories to invite for a dinner party?
I would totally invite Billy Bragg.

Details tomorrow, after I get some sleep.
I just can't do a full day of work on 4 1/2 hours sleep anymore, even without grey hair.

Man, doesn't that just SUCK? I remember long ago when I'd INTEND to go home and get to bed by 10pm, but the beer was delicious and the company lively, so I'd think yeah, 11pm, I can still get 6 good hours' sleep. And oh, the many times I closed down the place, showered and crawled into bed at 3am, only to spring up at 6 and make it to work, if bleary-eyed and stinky (despite the shower, I'm SURE I must have been reeking of bar-stink - you know how that goes). Anyway, very next night I'd do it all again.

Yeah, I pulled the Lindsay Lohan trip, 'ceptin' that I've never had my lady bits photographed in public. And I'm waaay cuter and less annoying.

So, I dyed me hair Thursday, so we're SO in the same boat...

Oh, and I've never had me lady bits photographed in private either(as far as I know) and my next goal will be to use the word "so" in a sentence 5 times.

The sad thing is, I wasn't even drinking, Phlegmfatale! I hate to imagine if I had been...

Has your hair stopped smelling like a chemical waste dump yet? I've got a couple more days of fumey hair, I think.

Very nice usage of the SO word so far, photograph or no...

I'm wondering who else you would invite. :) I'm really looking forward to reading about the concert. I hear you about the needing more sleep. I really suffer if I don't get 7 to 8 hours!

He's got a lot to say for himself alright. He lives in Dorset, where I come from, and is constantly making lots of political noise round that way. Good on him I say, a worthy addition to any dinner party.

I'm wondering who else I would invite too, Mel. I always agonize over these things, which is why it takes me forever to come up with an answer.
I'm usually pretty good with 6 hours of sleep, but anything less is tough.

He does appear to walk the talk, Kees, and I have a great deal of respect for his committment to his beliefs and ideals.

He looks like Robert De Niro, and he's got a Mitsubishi Zero, so he always tells us.

Look forward to your report.

Did he save the youth of America?

(btw, he looks like the doctor on Empty Nest in that picture)

By God he is looking rather De Niroish, isn't he? I think he's aging rather well, Ben, much like yours truly.

Will - I would be horribly hurt if you didn't. But you must bring dessert.

Well he HELPED save the youth of America, John...
