Because everybody's doin it, baby...

... posting photos of our two-day snowfall, that is. So you know what kind of brown, dry-assed winter we've been having so far when this gets us all camera-happy. Above is my backyard from my bedroom window.

And HAHAHA The Hour has put one of my posts on their blog-tracker AGAIN. It's the one about the Olympic hats. God I love those guys at The Hour! They sure know good journalism when they read it.

Where's the snowman ?

We've been lucky this winter. Hardly any snow at all.

hahahaha Neil! And all this time I figured that YOU did!

Hi Ben, welcome. This has been really the only snow we've gotten as well, and of course, everybody has forgotten how to drive in it.

I can post pics everyday of the snow we have in Montreal. I am so tired of cleaning it off my car.
You are so lucky. little snow and two links on The hour...

Barbara-Montreal - you guys always get a tonne of snow. Calgary is a desert. Not bad for winter driving, but crap for tree growing.

*crying* wah, you got snow. It looks beautiful, Barbara... especially your backyard! I love big coniferous trees and it looks like your yard has those a-plenty. You must have glorious amounts of privacy. :)

I'm thinking The Hour people are going to make you a journalistic offer you can't (and wouldn't dare!) refuse, girlie! Applause and much adulation my friend.

What if we both get addicted to The Hour's attention?
Do you think George will grant either of us an interview for our blogs?
We haven't had a picture like that all winter, no complaints.

I took some more pictures this morning. It looked so pretty outside...
...but the snow is slowly turning into dirty slush on the roads...yucky!

Don't refuse any journalistic offers from Georgy boy! :)

Thanks Michelle - we're really lucky to have our tiny backyard ringed with huge spruce trees. It is very private, which I really appreciate. Our neighbours are very nice, but I wouldn't want to live in their laps...

haha "a journalistic offer I can't refuse" - I could never refuse anything from The Hour - best show on tv! (I got a CBC pen at the taping)

Jacquie - I'm way ahead of you; I already am addicted to The Hour's attention. Maybe we will both be interviewed at the same time, and we could attack each other with folding chairs or something (oh, that's already been done on another network, hasn't it?)

Jas, it's days like this that I am glad I drive an urban assault vehicle - well a 4-wheel drive anyway - you can hardly make it around our neighbourhood without one.
All offers from GS will be considered.

Jen - u are like ... so sassy!
